Good sound quality overall, but as already mentioned, the bass is a bit lacking. After Hush (2:33), it sounds like Maynard is calling someone out, "That's really cool, you're tougher than she is. No, really, you're tougher than she is, really. No really, you are. I know that you are, I can tell".

Im putting a ten star rating to help bump it up because it seems someone accidentally gave it a zero star rating but said that it sounded amazing. Its a very good recording, and my real rating would be about an 7. But it is very worthy of a listen. Undertow is wildly different vocally. Incredibly interesting. It's main problem is the bass guitar is barely there and adams guitar could use some volume and low end as well. That snare fucking cracks like a whip though. Vocals are on top of everything. So early of a recording that it seems there are many close friends together and there is a comfortability in the performance and talking. Sounds like listening to history. Towards the end of this whole recording, it starts to suffer from cutting off songs, in and out, until it just sort of... ends. (Yes, Sunny reference) Hmm...now it seems like it is only accepting a 6 star rating from me. I will message the webmasters and see whatsup.

Although bass needs a few turns up on the EQ, this is the closest many can get when it comes to the origins of the legend we know today.
